Little Ninjas 4-6 years Karate Classes
TFK Little Ninjas Karate is a new and fun way for young children to enjoy the wonders of martial arts in a safe environment.
Junior Karate 6-15 Years Karate Classes
Shotokan Karate is an ideal sport for all ages. It builds self-confidence, balance, fitness, co-ordination and discipline, while learning the art of defending yourself.
Adult Karate 16 years+ Karate Classes
Adult Karate Classes are available to students 16 years +. Karate is a sport with no age limit and offers benefits and enjoyment to those who participate.
TKF Squad
TKF Squad is a tailor made class for the sole purpose of developing the competition side of karate.
TKF Karate Gradings
In Shotokan Karate students progress through a belt system with each level having a different colour. Each level before black belt are known as Kyu grades. All Karate gradings by JKS Qualified Kyu Grading Examiners.
TKF Little Ninja Gradings
Every Little Ninja grade has its own syllabus that needs to be learnt and during the grading progress this syllabus will be marked on a number of factors.
