Our next workshop is going to be fun one. We are heading to the beach! hopefully we will have some good weather as we will be training in the sea and sand! After the session we invite all members to stay for some games and laughs.
Members can train in Gi’s or normal clothes. Whatever you wear make sure to bring sometime to change into after, as you will be covered in sand by the end.
This workshop course will be free.
