On Sunday 23rd March Ronin Karate will be hosting its first technical workshop.
This workshop will be covering how to sweep opponents during free sparring. Training will take place on mats so that students can learn to perform takedowns and fall safely.
This workshop course will cost £10.00 and is open to the public,
