Knife Awareness Course
On Saturday 30th July at Sewell Park Academy, TKF will be hosting knife defence specialist Sifu Mark Cook for a knife awareness course.
This will be a great opportunity for TKF members to broaden their self defence knowledge. The course will run from 1:30pm – 3:30pm and will cost £15.00 a head.
Training knifes will be supplied and students need to wear normal clothes for the course. As this course is covering such a dangerous and serious topic this course will not be open to all members. Please see below who is eligible for the course.
Juniors – 10 years + and must be brown belt or above.
12 years + any grade.
Non members are welcome but must be 14 years+
